FAQ

When will my order arrive?

Your delivery date will depend on the shipping and delivery method shown and paid for. We normally dispatch orders within 3 days but due to Covid 19 this may be a little longer due to the high volumes of orders we receive at that time.

 

Can I order for a specific date?

Yes, if you communicate with us at the time of ordering we will do our utmost to ensure delivery requests are met. We are however at the behest of the Royal Mail so as long as they do their job, most things can be achieved.

 

I have a discount code, how do I use it?

At checkout, there is a box on the right side of the page where you can enter the discount code.

 

How do I cancel my order?

Whilst we hope it won’t happen, we realise that on occasions you require to cancel your order. Please send an e-mail to hello@nudiesnacks.co.uk advising us that you wish to cancel and quoting your order number and stating the reason for cancellation. 

If your order has already been dispatched and you decide to cancel then you can return it to us assuming it is undamaged and in the original packaging. If there is no fault with the order and this has purely been a “change in requirements” then this return will be at the customers cost.

 

Covid Policy

We’re putting safety first, working hard to ensure customers get access to the products they need and supporting our colleagues for us as a small food producer its business as usual. Our strict hygiene processes were previously in place

We are also working closely with our supplier partners, to ensure our customers can get what they need, and to support our suppliers’ businesses.

 

Safety for everyone

We introduced social distancing measures. The new measures include:

Where necessary, we will limit the flow of people coming into our premises.

Hand sanitisers are being placed around our office and warehouse for colleagues to use, as well as extra cleaning products to wipe down workstations.

As essential workers dealing with the general public, some of our colleagues also want to use masks and gloves. We’re providing these for colleagues, if they choose to use them, although this is still optional and the Public Health advice is that they should not be mandatory at this time.

We have strict hygiene routines in our premises, with regular and thorough cleans every day.

We have good supplies of soap and have agreed with our cleaning colleagues to check this every hour, in addition to enhanced cleaning of any areas that see higher footfall.

Our colleagues that can work from home, are doing so. However, this is not an option for some of our colleagues and so we ask customers to be respectful and patient.

We have introduced provisions to minimise close contact between distribution colleagues and supplier drivers and provided hand-washing facilities across all our distribution centres.

We ask our online customers to let us know if they are vulnerable or self-isolating in the delivery instructions section of their order. Our drivers will minimise contact with customers as much as possible, by delivering parcels to the front door but not entering the house.

 

Supporting our colleagues

The Government is extending the COVID-19 testing process, testing will be entirely voluntary, we encourage all colleagues at the first sign of any symptoms to seek testing for peace of mind and the safety of their colleagues. 

We always encourage any colleague who needs help to ask for it.
